As a result of their excellent performances at the ASA South East Region Winter Short Course Championships they have been selected to compete for the ASA South East Region at the Catalan Championships in Barcelona 15 to 19 January

Emma Day
Has been selected to train with Loughborough ITC at their Winter Warm Weather Camp in Stellenbosch South Africa 3 to 26 January
culminating in competing for Great Britain at the Flanders Cup in Belgium

Joseph Clark
Has been selected to the Welsh National Youth Development Squad and will train at the New Year Warm Weather Training Camp in Fort Lauderdale Florida 2 to 16 January
